By accessing and using Central Crew Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Description of Service

Central Crew Intelligence is a command center software designed for General Contractors to manage projects, leads, quotes, timesheets, inventory, and finances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and current information during registration.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics) are owned by Central Crew Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload or input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Central Crew Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
